Return & Exchange Policy

The return policy is a policy that ensures the rights of customers. Balance Sportswear emphasizes the General Regulations regarding our Return Policy for orders purchased directly at the store or online as follows:

RETURN PERIOD

Customers can exchange items within 5 (five) working days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) and from the date of receipt of goods (for online purchases).

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be in its original packaging, with price tag, unused, and unwashed, with complete proof of purchase including the shipping invoice.

The returned item must include a video recording of the customer receiving the goods to compare with the packing video at the Balance Sportswear Warehouse.

VALUE OF EXCHANGED PRODUCTS

The value of the exchanged product must be equal to or greater than the value of the purchased product.

RETURN FEES

Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees, for example, round-trip shipping costs. In cases of product defects due to manufacturing errors, Balance Sportswear will cover the shipping costs.

CIRCUMSTANCES FOR RETURNS

Customers may exchange items if the product is defective due to manufacturing, differs from the order information, or at the customer’s request.
