For Customers Purchasing Directly at the Store
Customers coming to purchase will receive products directly at the store. Please carefully check the goods and compare them with the invoice before you accept the products.
Our staff will provide a complete online invoice; you have the right to request the sales staff to provide the invoice if it is missing.
For Online Customers
For distant customers, we will authorize reputable shipping units such as Grab, Ahamove, Viettel Post, Giao hàng tiết kiệm, Giao hàng nhanh to deliver products directly to the customer's hands.
Customers are advised to fill in complete and accurate information including: Name, address, and phone number when placing an order to facilitate quick delivery by the shipping unit.
The delivery time depends on the recipient's address.
Urgent Express: 24 hours.
Deluxe Express: 3 - 5 days.

Balance Sportswear allows customers to inspect with the delivery staff at the time of receipt.
In case you cannot inspect with the shipper at the time of receipt, customers must record a video unsealing the package from the time the seal is not broken until all products have been inspected. If an issue is detected, you can contact customer service for support with returns and exchanges.
Scope of Product Inspection:
Customers may inspect the received products, comparing them with the products ordered after Balance Sportswear confirms the order based on criteria such as sample photos, product codes, sizes, colors, materials, etc.
Absolutely do not peel off or open product tags.
Steps to Take if Received Goods Are Not as Ordered:
If you inspect and find that the product received does not match what was ordered, please contact the hotline 0968 009 723 or email info@balancesportswear.store to verify your order with customer service.
In the case where Balance Sportswear incorrectly fulfills an order per the customer's request, the customer may refuse to accept the goods and not make payment. If the order has been paid for, the customer can request a new order to be sent or not; Balance Sportswear will refund the customer as soon as possible.
If Balance Sportswear fulfills the order correctly, but the customer changes their mind, they may request an exchange or return according to the return policy. In this case, the customer will bear the shipping costs (if any).
